Forms can be completed by a GP, FMO, Physiotherapist or Occupational Health Nurse and should contain as much medical information as possible with a clear recommendation for treatment at the Centre.
All applications will be carefully considered and subject to Management Committee approval.
Each application is carefully assessed on the medical information provided as it is important the patient uses the facilities to the utmost benefit.
Stress and anxiety conditions can be treated at both Convalescent Homes. However, applicants suffering from such conditions should be aware that facilities for stress related illnesses are limited. There are no counselling services available at either Centre however, such conditions often benefit from the excellent alternative therapies on offer as well as relaxation and exercise classes.
