Terms and Conditions
By completing this reservation, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below governing the use of the online booking system known as the “Services”. Before using our Services, please carefully read these terms and conditions. By using these Services you are consenting to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions do not proceed to complete the reservation. These terms and conditions are made between The RUCGC-PSNI Benevolent Fund and whosoever shall use this website (“the Service User”) for the purpose of the use of Services provided by The RUCGC-PSNI Benevolent Fund.
Responsibility
By using the online booking system, the Service User confirms that they are able and willing to meet any liability incurred as a result thereof. The Service User acknowledges that any application for a Service made on this website is non transferable and can be cancelled or amended by The RUCGC-PSNI Benevolent Fund at any time and for any reason.
Accuracy of Information
The RUCGC-PSNI Benevolent Fund has taken reasonable care to ensure that the content of the website is accurate. The Service User acknowledges and accepts that The RUCGC-PSNI Benevolent Fund cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies in such information.

Information is collected in order to facilitate the Services in conjunction with the accommodation provider, to notify the Service User in the event of problems with the Services, to offer additional Services to the Service User where consent is expressly granted and/or to help The RUCGC-PSNI Benevolent Fund improve this process for future use.
Specifically, The RUCGC-PSNI Benevolent Fund collects Service User information (i.e. the Service User’s, e-mail address, postal address and/or other contact details) for the following purposes:
Completing or supporting the Services;
Voluntary customer registration process(es);
Usage/experience of the system to facilitate improvements.
The RUCGC-PSNI Benevolent Fund does not otherwise directly share Service User information with any other third party. However, The RUCGC-PSNI Benevolent Fund at their discretion may configure the Services to share customer information with a third party. This is typically carried out for the purposes of customer retention management.
The Service User can access all collected information related specifically to them at any time on request.

No Guarantee of Continuous Access to The RUCGC-PSNI Benevolent Fund
The RUCGC-PSNI Benevolent Fund cannot guarantee continuous access without interruption to its Services, nor do The RUCGC-PSNI Benevolent Fund guarantee secure access to its services. Cancellation Policy
It is a condition of the use of The RUCGC-PSNI Benevolent Fund system and Services that the Service User accepts fully the cancellation policy. This policy sets out that The RUCGC-PSNI Benevolent Fund can cancel or amend a booking at any time and for any reason and at their absolute discretion.
Cancellation/ Refunds of charges
If your booking has to be cancelled you should do this online as soon as possible. If the booking is cancelled 2 weeks or more in advance a refund of the charge paid will be made if requested. If the booking is cancelled with less notice a refund will not be made. You must contact the Benevolent Fund office to request a refund. Refunds will not be automatically made.

Failure to advise us as soon as possible of any changes could result in this facility being denied to you in the future.
In the event of cancellation or amendment of a booking, The RUCGC-PSNI Benevolent Fund will endeavour to inform all service users before the booking is due to take place, although please be aware that this is not always possible. The RUCGC-PSNI Benevolent Fund shall not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including transport costs, accommodation etc.
Quality of Accommodation
The Service User acknowledges that The RUCGC-PSNI Benevolent Fund has no responsibility for problems arising from the quality of accommodation or service provided to Service Users making bookings through the Services.

Consequential Loss
Under no conditions and in no event shall The RUCGC-PSNI Benevolent Fund be liable for any consequential or special damages or losses, however arising (including, but not limited to negligence or breach of this terms and conditions or otherwise) or for any loss of property, data, profit, revenue or business, however caused even if that loss or damage was foreseeable by or the possibility of it was brought to the attention of The RUCGC-PSNI Benevolent Fund.
Recovering Costs
When staying at the apartments / cottages any costs incurred the member will be liable and must reimburse the Fund, this includes any damage to the cottage, equipment, furniture, mattresses, mattress covers, crockery etc.
Intellectual Property
The Service User acknowledges that all copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in and relating to this website and to the Services are solely owned by or licensed to The RUCGC-PSNI Benevolent Fund. The content or data found on the website may not be reproduced, sold, transferred or modified without the prior written consent of The RUCGC-PSNI Benevolent Fund. Neither may the Service User modify, duplicate, display, copy, reproduce, license, publish, transfer or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the website without the prior written consent of The RUCGC-PSNI Benevolent Fund . The Service User further acknowledges that he/she must not use any of these intellectual property rights, or The RUCGC-PSNI Benevolent Fund Services, except to the extent necessary to use the Services in the manner anticipated by these terms and conditions.
System Integrity
The usage of any device, routine or software which inhibits or interferes with the running of The RUCGC-PSNI Benevolent Fund website or any booking concluded upon it is prohibited. Any action which creates a load on The RUCGC-PSNI Benevolent Fund website or infrastructure which may be considered unreasonable or disproportionate is prohibited.
General Conditions applying to these Terms and Conditions
Amendment to These Terms and Conditions
The RUCGC-PSNI Benevolent Fund reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective [5] days after they are posted on The RUCGC-PSNI Benevolent Fund website.
Severability
These terms shall be deemed several. In the event that any provision is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and such determination shall not effect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
Headings
The headings used in these Terms and Conditions are included for convenience only and shall not define, extend, limit or otherwise affect these Terms and Conditions.
Force Majeure
If as a consequence of Force Majeure, The RUCGC-PSNI Benevolent Fund is obliged to curtail, alter or cancel the Services, the Service User shall not be entitled to claim compensation for any loss arising as a consequence of the said curtailment, alteration or cancellation. The term “Force Majeure” includes but is not limited to acts of God, natural disaster, fire and any other destruction of any accommodation booked, riots, acts of war or civil commotion, exercise of legislative, municipal, military or other authority, strikes, industrial action or any other reason beyond the control of The RUCGC-PSNI Benevolent Fund.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions together with the Rules of the Apartments contain the entire agreement between The RUCGC-PSNI Benevolent Fund and the Service User and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter and may not be amended or modified unless expressly agreed by The RUCGC-PSNI Benevolent Fund in writing.
